Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are given (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. It will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit corresponding to the same value of your purchase will be issued on a Running Balboa gift card.
DELAYED REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund, however, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your return is officially set. DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only normal priced items can be returned, unfortunately discount items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF NECESSARY)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You can also request the replacement of your product by a different size or a different color of the same model. If the item has been marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
